saturday afternoon snack

We used the veggies from our garden to make fresh salsa!


Homemade salsa is rich in antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals. To make this version, chop up whatever tomatoes you may have on hand. Next, chop up a medium onion, half a bell pepper, some garlic, a jalapeno, and some cilantro. Toss with lime juice and salt to taste. That's it!
