We have an awesome lemon verbena plant. It smells citrusy with a subtle floral overtone. When we first brought one home, I had no idea that we were acquiring a big, lanky plant. It started getting a little unruly, so I decided to give it a quick trim. We ended up with a bowlful, that I then dehydrated to use for tea.
Have you had lemon verbena tea? Mix it with some mint and chrysanthemum blossoms, and you have something sweet and refreshing for these hot, summer days!
