{harvest} Tom Thumb Peas

We don't eat peas (okay, maybe we eat one or two!) but I decided to grow some of the Tom Thumb variety because I was enamored with the idea of a miniature, fast-growing plant that puts out full-size fruits.

These plants are about 6-8 inches tall and don't need to be trellised. They grow, flower, and set fruit in less than a month!

Now that we've got ourselves some peas, we've got to figure out what to do with them! Do you like peas? Do you have a recipe that you'd like to share? I'm all ears!
