We just got home from the very last Farmers' Market (West Lafayette) of the season, where we stocked up on Melrose and Winesap apples, and a giant bag of Asian pears. Now we are back in the kitchen to resume our cooking frenzy. I am done with my pumpkin pies, ginger cookies, and wild rice stuffing, so it's Zach's turn to pickle beets and make some gobble-gobble meatballs!
