Craig Tribble is one of my personal favorite Small Spaces artist. For me, his pieces stand out because they are urban, contemporary, strong, and authentic. They just look like they belong on the street (any street, in fact, in any of the world's most renowned cities for street art). His 9-ft tall paste-up of a man with a pig's head captures the essence of what street art should be: clever and eye-catching. It gets you, and you get it. Instantaneously. Craig understands that with street art, the work of art has to connect and communicate with the passerby in a matter of seconds. The street is not a museum and it is unrealistic to expect your audience to linger and contemplate.
For Small Spaces, Craig put up pieces on the back of the Lafayette Brew Company.
He also has a piece on the side of Bernadette's Barbershop.
