Do you remember the dwarf Mandarin peach tree that Zach got for my birthday last year?
It bore fruit! We were under the impression that we bought an ornamental tree. We saw fruits growing in the spring but we did not give them much thought since it didn't look like they were ripening. Then summer came and went and the peaches still looked the same.
So imagine my surprise when I came back from Singapore and Zach told me we have edible peaches on our patio peach tree!
They are small and pale looking, but boy are they tasty!
